Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant and model. She started participating in fitness competitions at the age of 16, after quitting her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. After a year, she earned her Pro Card when she was 17. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. Ariel Khadr began her fitness modeling career at age 16, at which point she stopped gymnastics. She earned her Professional Card within a year and was 17. She became the most youthful IFBB Pro ever. When she was awarded her Pro Card, Ariel took six years off the stage to finish her university education. In 2015 was a continuation of previous performances, in which she took part in elite competitions such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest lasted for several years in the time following her debut, setting herself higher goals each year. In 2009 she was the winner of several fitness awards. In 2009 she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals winner, making her youngest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in history. Ariel Ariel Ariel was able to take the time off for six years from competing following her professional card's issuance to finish her college education. In the month of October, 2015 Ariel made her return by presenting her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. They placed her third at the contest. She was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer 2016 and qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. It was on the Olympia stage three months later taking sixth place at the Fitness Division. Ariel admits that she didn't have any expectations. Her satisfaction was high with her placement. The competition was among the very best. Ariel is always awe-inspiring, bringing improvements to her body each year. Ariel loves to work out her back. The typical back exercise she does is comprised of bent over rows single arm lat pull-downs with a machine. and sitting rows. The warm-up is done prior to moving onto sets. Ariel is extremely efficient with her time. The way she achieves this is through supersetting the back exercises she does. Four or three supersets with 10-12 reps are done.
